* He would not like to do an Ultimate X match in TNA.
* He joked that Halloween and The Marine 3 were his favorite scary movies.
WWE Tag Team champion Roman Reigns of The Shield recently spoke with Triblive.com to promote Sunday’s WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view. Here are some highlights of what he said about:
His Wrestling Heritage (The Rock, Yokozuna, Umaga & More):
“I come from very strong family. My heritage is strong within this business. I was gifted with a certain set of genetics. I’m athletic. I like to think I’m not a bad looking guy. One of the jokes we always talk about, as long as I can put a little oil on my arms, wet my hair and I’ll be alright.”
The Shield’s Debut in WWE Last Year:
“’It was pretty much unexpected. I heard some rumors we would possibly do something at Hell in a Cell. That kind of folded. We waited a few weeks to get to Survivor Series. Once we got the green light, we just kicked the door down.”
Working With Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins:
“’Being paired up with them has been an awesome experience. For me, I don’t even feel like I’m scratching the surface yet. I’m just now starting to let my hair down,’ said Reigns. “
WWE SummerSlam will be hosted by The Miz, and will air live on pay-per-view on Sunday, August 18, 2013.

As we reported a few weeks ago, Jake “The Snake” Roberts, with help from his friend Diamond Dallas Page, have been campaigning for Roberts to return to WWE as an entrant in the next Royal Rumble match in 2014. Roberts noted that it would complete his “comeback.”
According to reports, word in WWE is that the company is not even considering Roberts in the Royal Rumble right now, and that if they were to consider him, it wouldn’t be until at least early January.
WWE officials claim if Roberts were to return to WWE for one final appearance in a Royal Rumble, it would likely be a last-minute deal, meaning he would most likely be one of the “surprise entrants” in the match.

Trish Stratus revealed in an interview with ESPN while she left World Wrestling Entertainment several years back.
"People thought I retired to start a family, but I was just ready to leave the business," Stratus said. "Athletically, I achieved everything I wanted to, and I'd worked with everyone I wanted to. I was really fulfilled. It felt right."
The former WWE Diva also revealed what her crazy schedule was like being on the road.
"The wrestling schedule is really crazy," Stratus said. "In the seven years that I wrestled, the only time I had off was for injuries -- a broken thumb, broken ankle, broken nose, herniated disk. I used to feel like it was a crazy pace with no time to think, but I went back after my back injury and, though it was the same crazy schedule, I was looking at it with different eyes."
